Dr Wotton joined the Company in June 2016 as a Non-Executive Director, and also served as Chair of the Board from February 2017 until August 2020. Dr Geoff Brooke, Chair of the Board, said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for his enormous contribution to the Company over the past decade. As Chair from 2017 to 2020, he led the Company through a formative period, including the completion of the first-in-human clinical trial with a Cymerus™ product. Throughout his tenure, his experience and guidance have been highly valued by the rest of the Board and management team.
